  • 4 tbspolive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoonsflour
  • 1 cupmilk
  • Halftsp black pepper
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1onion, chopped

    In a pan fry onion until tender then add flour and milk stir until thick

    Add spinach, salt and pepper stir frequently until cooked

  3. 3

    It's yummy serve as a side dish
