  2. 2-3dates
  3. 1 cupmango
  4. As needed Walnuts to garnish
  5. 2 tbspChia seeds

    Soak dates in water for 15 min.

    Soak chia seeds in almond milk.

    In a serving glass arranged soaked chia seeds one layer and chopped mango one layer.

    In a blender add soaked dates and remaining almond milk and blend it to smooth consistency..

    Now pour the almond milk in the arranged glass of chia seeds and mango. Lastly top with walnuts..
