Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 bowlPalak
  2. 2 tspOil
  3. 1Green chilli (chopped)
  4. 1Capsicum (chopped)
  5. 3/4 cupBeans
  6. 3/4 cupPeas
  7. 3/4 cupPotato (boiled, mashed)
  8. 3/4 cupGrated paneer
  9. 3 tbspCoriander leaves (chopped)
  10. 1 tbspCorn flour
  11. 2 tbspBread crumbs
  12. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  13. 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  14. 1/2 tspGaram masala powder
  15. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  16. 1 tspAamchur
  17. to tasteSalt
  18. 1/4 cupCashew
  19. as neededOil for deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly,boil the palak for 2 minutes and squeeze off water. keep aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan and add green chilli and capsicum. saute well for few seconds.

  3. 3

    After that, add beans and peas. also saute for 5 minutes on medium flame.

  4. 4

    Now turn off the flame and let it cool completely.

  5. 5

    Place palak and cooked green sabji (beans, peas, capsicum) in a blender and blend it till make a ruffly paste, not a smooth paste.

  6. 6

    Transfer this paste in a big mixing bowl and add mashed and grated potato, paneer, coriander leaves, corn flour, bread crumbs, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt and aamchur.

  7. 7

    Mix everything really well.
    After that, make small balls and give a patties type of shape or any other shape.

    Take bread crumbs in a plate and spread it over all patties.

  9. 9

    Heat oil in a pan on medium flame and deep fry patties till they become golden brown on both side.

  10. 10

    Transfer to a plate.
    Garnish with cashew nuts or kishmish.
    Serve with curd.
