Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupboiled lobia
  2. 1small onion finely chopped
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. 1cucumber chopped
  5. 1 tbsplemon juice
  6. 1 tbspchaat masala
  7. 1 tbsprosted cumin powder
  8. 1 tbspTamarind pulp (optional)
  9. To tasteMint chutney/coriander chutney (optional)
  10. as neededFew coriander leaves for garnishing or grated carrot

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Place lobia (black eyed peas) in a large mixing bowl Add onion, tomato, cucumber.

  2. 2

    Stir in the lemon juice, tamarind pulp and mint chutney.

  3. 3

    Season with chaat masala and cumin seeds. Mix well

  4. 4

    Transfer into a serving platter.

  5. 5

    Garnish with few coriander leaves and lemon, Lobia Chaat is ready to serve.
