Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsuji
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 2 tbso ghee
  4. 1 glasswater
  5. Chopped dry fruits for garnish
  6. 1green cardamom

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan add green cardamom then Suji cook for minutes.stir continuously

  2. 2

    Dissolve sugar and water.

  3. 3

    Add sugar syrup to the suji

  4. 4

    Cook till water dries.

  5. 5

    Garnish with chopped dry fruits.serve hot.
