Soya Nihari
A flavourful broth that goes really well with some Sheermal!
Steps

Dry roast all of the spices on low flame and grind them to a fine powder

Heat ghee in a pan. Add chopped onion, fry till brown, then add ginger garlic paste. Add turmeric, Red chilli powder, ground masala and salt. Cook for a minute.

Add Soya chunks(left in hot water for 15 minutes until tender,and rinsed well in fresh water later). Add water and adjust the spices. Now reduce the water to half till oil floats on top.

Take 1 tbsp wheat flour and add little water to it to make a smooth paste. Add it to the gravy and cook for 5 minutes. Take it off flame and garnish with Coriander.
