Ingredients

1 cupWheat flour
1 cupFinely chopped bathua leaves
to tasteSalt
1 tspRed chilli powder
1 tbspCoriander powder
as neededGreen chilli chopped
For shallow fryingDesi ghee

Steps

Mix all the ingredients instead of oil. Make a semi soft dough with water.

Cover and keep the dough for 10 minutes.
3

Divide the dough into equal portion. Roll the paratha. Heat tawa and shallow fry the paratha on both sides.
4

Serve with pickle.
