Wash rice and boil it in a pressure cooker

Take out rice from the cooker and cool it down

In a vessel (kadhai) put oil.. and add Cumin seeds (jeera), garlic, onions, and 3/4 part of gree n onions..

Add black soya sauce to it.. vinegar, ketchup, shezwan chutney, chilly sauce to it as per your taste.. do not put excessive vinegar as it will make your gravy sour.. 1 tbsp is fine...

Add salt pepper and red chilly powder

Add 2 small cups of water and boil the gravy till you get a thick consistency.

Add boiled rice to the above prepare gravy..

Mix it properly.. garnish it with spring onions...and you're there.. a perfect manchurian taste fried rice is ready..
