Ingredients

50_60 minutes
  • 675 gflour
  • 375 gsugar
  • 175 gmargarine
  • 200 gsalad oil
  • 6eggs
  • 20 gbaking powder
  • 1 piecelemon which I substitute with 5ml vinegar
  • 10 gcinamon
  • 5 gcardamom
  • 300 mlbutter milk
  • 10 mlwhisky or red/white wine for preservation

Steps

50_60 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat the oven at 160c M ix all the dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Beat sugar, margarine and oil till its smooth and turns color to cream

  3. 3

    Add eggs one at a time

  4. 4

    Add vinegar

  5. 5

    Fold, or if using hand mixer, mix at moderate speed, flour alternating with butter milk

  6. 6

    Pre heat oven at 160C

  7. 7

    Bake for 50minutes or until golden brown or when you insert a knife and it's comes out clean.
