short crust pastry
2 tablespoonsolive oil
1 kgbrown onions
1 Tbsbalsamic vinegar
1 Tbsbrown sugar
1/2 cupparmesan cheese
2Large Free Range Eggs

Fry onions for 5-6 mins

Add vinegar and sugar, cook for 35- 40 mins

Mix eggs and parmesan
4

Roll pastry and put in case. Add the onions and pour over eggs

Bake in the oven for 10-15 mins
