Ingredients

  • Frozen or fresh cut okra
  • ChoppedSweet small peppers (3-4)
  • Chopped Jalapeños (1)
  • Chopped Onion (1)
  • 1/2 canCoconut milk
  • 1/2 cupapproximately Rao’s Tomato Basil sauce
  • 3-4 Tablespoonsolive oil
  • 1/2 packetLaziza’s Garlic Ginger Chicken spice mix (note no meat products)
  • 1-2 tablespoonschopped garlic
  • 1-2 tablespoonschopped ginger
  • Chopped Ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Use frying pan with olive oil. Cook medium heat.

  2. 2

    Add onions and peppers. Sauté 5 minutes to 7 minutes approximately.

  3. 3

    Add garlic and ginger. Sauté another 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add Laziza Spice mix. Stir.

  5. 5

    Add half cup of coconut milk.

  6. 6

    Add frozen cut okra.

  7. 7

    Add Rao’s tomato sauce.

  8. 8

    Cook for 15-20 minutes until okra is cooked.

  9. 9

    Garnish with chopped cilantro.

  10. 10

    Pair with Brown Basmati rice or roti or paratha bread.

  11. 11

    Enjoy and feed others you love!
