Ingredients

  • 375 gall purpose flour
  • 50 gicing sugar
  • 100 gsugar
  • 200 gmargarine
  • 1 gbaking powder
  • 1 tbspvanilla essence
  • 1/2of 1 egg white
  • 150 mlmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Measure all ingredients grease baking tin and preheat oven at 200 degrees

    Cream margarine and sugar

  3. 3

    Add icing sugar continue creaming

    Add egg white and continue mixing

  5. 5

    Add flour and baking powder and mix

  6. 6

    Finally add milk and vanilla essence and mix

  7. 7

    Place in a piping bag pipe in baking tin and bake till brown
