  • 3onions
  • 5Roma tomatoes
  • 6 clovesgarlic
  • 2fingers ginger
  • to tasteSalt and pepper

    Cut left chunks and in a pressure cooker add oil and brown meat

  2. 2

    Add onions tomatoes garlic and ginger

  3. 3

    Cook for one hour on medium heat covered.
