Preheat oven to 350'

Combine in large bowl all dry ingredients and set aside

Combine separately,oil, honey, vanilla and peanut butter.melt peanut butter and honey

Mix to the dry dry ingredients

Put on large baking sheets

Bake for 30 to 45minutes until golden brown

After taking granola from the oven

Add any of the following raisins, chopped dates, or any dried chopped fruits.

Mix your granola with milk or plain yogurt

Store in airtight container
