Ingredients

25 min
for 4 people
  • 5,6small size brinjal
  • 2 spoonpeanut, khada dhaniya and desiccated coconut
  • 1 spoonchana daal and jeera
  • 2laung,hari elaichi,1 small dalchini
  • 2 spoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 spoonhaldi powder,dhaniya powder,jeera powder,garam masala
  • 3-4bay leaves
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2onion and tomato
  • as neededoil or as according
  • as neededFresh dhaniya patta
  • 2tspginger garlic paste

  1. 1

    First wash the brinja make a + cut from the back side but join from end

  2. 2

    Put the brinjals in water

  3. 3

    Dry roast peanut,chana daal, coconut and khada dhaniya,laung,elaichi,dalchini

  4. 4

    Cool it and make powder of it add little bit salt,oil,red chilli powder and garam masala in it

  5. 5

    Stuffing is ready....now make 2 part of stuffing

  6. 6

    Fill one part of stuffing in the brinjals now shallow fry all the brinjals for 10 min

  7. 7

    In a pan put oil. Heat it.Now add jeera and ginger garlic paste Cook it on low flame

  8. 8

    Then add all the masalas along with the salt...mix it...now add the one part of left stuffing in it cook for 5 min

  9. 9

    Add the fried stuffed brinjals in it put water adjust contensancy

  10. 10

    Cover the pan Cook for 15 min your stuffed egg plant (brinjals)is ready

  11. 11

    Garnish with dhaniya patti
