First wash the brinja make a + cut from the back side but join from end

Put the brinjals in water

Dry roast peanut,chana daal, coconut and khada dhaniya,laung,elaichi,dalchini

Cool it and make powder of it add little bit salt,oil,red chilli powder and garam masala in it

Stuffing is ready....now make 2 part of stuffing

Fill one part of stuffing in the brinjals now shallow fry all the brinjals for 10 min

In a pan put oil. Heat it.Now add jeera and ginger garlic paste Cook it on low flame

Then add all the masalas along with the salt...mix it...now add the one part of left stuffing in it cook for 5 min

Add the fried stuffed brinjals in it put water adjust contensancy

Cover the pan Cook for 15 min your stuffed egg plant (brinjals)is ready

Garnish with dhaniya patti
