Shakarkand seekh kebabs
A healthy and tasty recipe , full of nutrients

In an open vessel boil sweet potatoes, it will take 10 minutes

Boiled sweet potatoes

Peel the sweet potatoes and grate them
- 4
All the ingredientes grated sweet potatoes, green chillies, ginger, chopped coriander, kaju powder, salt and amchur powder

Mix them nicely with your hands

Soak the wooden skewers for 15 minutes so that the mixture sticks to them nicely

Then stick the mixture to the skewers, giving it a shape of a seekh kebab

Heat a pan and place the kebabs in the hot pan, brush little oil on the kebabs

Roast them on low heat, by turning them at regular intervals, until becomes light brown
- 10
When done take them out and arrange them in a serving platter, serve with shredded cucumber and green chutney
