Take hung curd add powdered sugar, cardamom, nutmeg powder and crushed dry fruits in a bowl and beat with hand whisk till it becomes smooth.

Mix Saffron in warm milk and keep it aside for 5 minutes.

Puree 2 medium sized Mangoes in a mixer without water. Preferably use Mangoes which has deep colour. Eg... Kesar mango.

Mix Saffron milk and mango puree into curd mix and again whisk till you get a smooth texture.

Garnish with dry fruits and cut mango pieces and serve chilled.

Quantity of sugar depends upon the sweetness of mango so please check and add sugar.
