In a pan boil rice only 70% and drain water.Add some ghee and keep so that rice grains don't stick to each other.

Take a frying pan and fry all chopped vegs.Take out on dish after frying.

Now take a deep kadai/pan to cook Pullav.Add 3tbsp ghee and heat.

Add tej patta and jeera.

Add all whole garam masalas.

Now add fried vegs, ginger and saute 2mins

Put salt and garam masala powder, turmeric and mix.

Add cooked rice and stir all gently.Put Saffron milk all over and cover lid.Keep 5 mins on dum.Put a griddle underneath and on slow flame.

After 5-7mins open lid and stir gently.

Spread fried dry fruits and mix.Turn off gas.

Serve hot with raita.
