Heat a fry pan. Put in the onions, garlic, green chillies, capsicum with the skin. Dry roast dem for 20-25 min on slow gas

Keep tossing dem until they turn brown

Let dem cool. Now clean dem with a dry cloth and peel dem. Grind and make a paste

Heat a pressure cooker. Add the mustards and cumins and hing and some dry whole red chillies. Now add the salt and other dry powdered spices of ur choice. Mix well and add the smoked puree and saute.

Now add the rice and saute. Now add water. U can add any veggies if u like

Cover it for 2-3 whistles or until done
