Steps

Finely chop onion, ginger, garlic and parsely

Add to the minced meat along with salt and pepper

Thoroughly mixed, mix mix, until you're satisfied it's fully mixed

Mould the meat into a ball then press on a flat surface to form patty not too thick

Cook on a pan with medium heat until completely browned

Turn and cook the othet side until fully and evenly browned *avoid pressing on meat

Prepare your buns

Arrange lettuce,onion,tomatoes,spread mayo (if you like)

Add any other toppings you like
