Ingredients

25 Minutes
20-25 servings
  1. 2 cupsGarbanzo (soaked overnight)
  2. 1/4 cupparsley
  3. 1/4 cupcilantro
  4. 3Garlic cloves
  5. 2red chillies
  6. 1 tspsesame seeds
  7. 1 tspcumin powder
  8. to tastesalt
  9. oil

Steps

25 Minutes
  1. 1

    Rinse and drain chickpeas and the green herbs.
    Add all the ingredients into a food processor, except oil and pulse until coarse.

  2. 2

    Taste and adjust seasonings as required.
    Scoop a tbsp. of the mixture and make round balls.

  3. 3

    Pour a few drop of oil in each appe pan and heat it. If you don't have an appe pan, you can also go for pan frying to make it healthy.

  4. 4

    Add the uncooked balls and cook them on each side for about 3-4 minutes on medium gas. Make sure you consistently turn the balls.
