Simple, quick light dish

I make this at home to recreate the taste of a dish I had at a restaurant in Chinatown.I was chosen as a recipe monitor for Takara brand's "Shaoxing Wine for Cooking" and so I uploaded a recipe using this.In addition to the bamboo and shiitake, try adding green pepper and carrot for colour. I had a similar lettuce dish in a Chinese restaurant and recreated at home.-Deep-fry the harusame bean noodles in batches. They will expand and fatten up quite a bit. When they expand and stop bubbling, they are done. If you deep-fry a big portion in one go, they won't be crispy.-Use a non-stick pan when you fry the pork. For 2 servings. Recipe by FarmersK

This method of cooking pork belly in canned pineapple syrup is my partner's method. We don't like heavy flavors, so we've kept it light with vinegar.It may look rather heavy, but it has a really light flavor. If you'd like to make it sweet, please add some sugar or honey. The vinegar tenderizes the meat, so it will be ready in 1 hour. By the way, I like to freeze the leftover pineapple and eat it. For 2 to 3 servings. Recipe by rie-tin

Lettuce wraps are pretty terrific, but not very filling on their own. To make them main dish worthy, I ditched the leafy greens and tossed the filling with udon noodles instead. A little extra sauce helped bring the whole thing together. Sweet, savoury, satisfying, and totally delicious.

I found this recipe on YouTube and tweaked it a bit. You can use whatever ground meat you choose; the pork came out great. I used less bamboo shoots than the recipe calls for, but that's my preference.
