Aromatic dry sabji with mix of Indian masala’s to accompany your roti.
Steps

Take oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds & asafoetida.

Now add the spring onions, chilli powder,coriander and cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste. Cover the lid and cook for a minute or two.

Once it’s cooked, add the tomatoes sauté it for a minute or so and finally add the Sev and give it a mix.

Delicious spring onion sabji is ready.

Suggested accompaniments include:-
Roti, Phulka, Paratha or any kind of Indian bread.
