First roast brinjal clean and Mash it. Heat oil and put jeera,rai, kadhi patta and chopped onion. Sauté it then add Ginger garlic paste and tomato add all masala and fry it

Then add green peas and cook 5 minutes

Add mashed brinjal and cook 5 minutes then put in a bowl and garnish with green coriander

Baigan bharta ready to serve with roti aur chapati
