Ingredients

  1. Tofu
  2. 1 spoonBlack bean
  3. Minced pork
  4. Sugar
  5. Oyster sauce
  6. Bean paste (豆判将）

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam black bean with sugar, garlic, ginger and oyster sauce for 15mins

  2. 2

    Add in 豆叛将. Add in pork

  3. 3

    Steam tofu for 3-5mins. Throw the water

  4. 4

    Pour over tofu. Break tofu into bite size
