Soak Suan cai in water and change water every two hours

Marinate pork with 2 tbsp cooking oil, soy sauce, sugar, salt, Hua tiao and corn flour

Add sugar into Suan cai And soak for another half hour to make it crunchy
- 4
Slightly fry pork on both sides and take it out
- 5
Stir fry garlic, sugar, ginger and Suan cai for at least 10 mins or until aroma comes out
- 6
Sugar to taste. If not salty enough, salt can be added
- 7
Add in pork and stir evenly
