In a pan add half tablespoon of ghee and add the mango pulp and cook it till it thickens.Now add the roasted semolina

Cook the semolina for 5 mins..Now add the milk with cream and cook

Add half cup brown jaggery or sugar.I prefer jaggery to sugar and cook till the mixture thickens

Add the dry fruits now..add one tablespoon of ghee and cook till the mixture leaves the side of the pan.u can check by keeping a spoon..if it remains straight means the mixture is ready.add cardamom powder

Take a greased plate and take out the mixture and cut it in desired shape

Garnish with pistachios powder
