Grilled Kofta with Glaze Sauce

Mix the ground beef with the onion, parsley, spices, and breadcrumbs.

Shape the kofta onto skewers and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper brushed with a little butter. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Place in a preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.

Mix the glaze ingredients well. After 10 minutes in the oven, brush the kofta with the glaze mixture from time to time, returning them to the oven each time.

Once fully cooked, brush with the glaze again. Place a piece of hot charcoal in the center of the kofta, put a piece of butter on top of the charcoal, and cover well to infuse a smoky flavor. Serve hot.
