Wask the spinach leaves roughly and boil it for only 2 to 3 min only

Make a fine paste of it

Take the wheat flour in a mixing bowl...add the spinach puree and all the ingredients expect oil

Make a soft dow of it....if needed add water.

Take a small ball. Roll it like chapati,cook from both side

Put oil on the both side of the paratha
- 7
Your paratha is ready...serve with tomato sauce
