Ingredients

For 4 people
  1. 250 gmspinach (palak)
  2. 2 bowlwheat flour(aata)
  3. 1 spoonginger garlic paste
  4. 2-3finely chopped green chilli
  5. 1/2 spoonjeera,ajwain and white til and haldi powder
  6. to tasteSalt according
  7. 1 cupchopped dhaniya patta
  8. 2 spoonkasturi meethi
  9. 1 cupoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wask the spinach leaves roughly and boil it for only 2 to 3 min only

  2. 2

    Make a fine paste of it

  3. 3

    Take the wheat flour in a mixing bowl...add the spinach puree and all the ingredients expect oil

  4. 4

    Make a soft dow of it....if needed add water.

  5. 5

    Take a small ball. Roll it like chapati,cook from both side

  6. 6

    Put oil on the both side of the paratha

  7. 7

    Your paratha is ready...serve with tomato sauce
