Serves 5 servings

2 cupsrice (about 400 grams)
3.5 ozchickpeas, soaked (about 100 grams)
1small tomato
1 tablespoonsalt
1 teaspoonallspice
1/2 cupvegetable ghee or oil (about 120 ml)
1.1 lbsgrape leaves (about 500 grams)

Mix all the ingredients together.

Blanch the grape leaves, then stuff and roll them. Arrange the rolls in a pot, add water, and cook over heat for 35 minutes.

Serve with yogurt.
