Ingredients

  1. Mixed vegetables – 2.2 lbs eggplant (about 1 kg) and 2.2 lbs zucchini (about 1 kg)
  2. 2.2 lbsrice (about 1 kg)
  3. 1.1 lbsground beef (about 500 grams)
  4. Spices, salt, and 2 tablespoons dried mint
  5. 1 headgarlic
  6. 3 tablespoonstomato paste

Steps

    First, clean the vegetables you want to stuff and hollow them out.

  2. 2

    Next, prepare the filling by mixing the ground beef with the washed and well-drained rice.

  3. 3

    Add mixed spices to the filling.

  4. 4

    Stuff each vegetable about three-quarters full, then prepare the sauce that will go with the stuffed vegetables.

  5. 5

    Pour the sauce over the stuffed vegetables. The sauce is made from tomato paste, garlic, lemon juice, and a sprinkle of dried mint.

  6. 6

    Let it cook on the stove for about 2 hours. I like to cook it on very low heat until everything is tender.
