Soaked chickpeas overnight

Pressure cooked chickpeas for 4 to 5 whistle

Now heat oil in a wok add onion saute till golden colour

Now add kasuri methi, amchoor powder and red chilli mix well

Now add chickpeas and salt mix it well

Add half cup of water and cooked till oil comes from sides

When oil comes off the flame and serve in breakfast.
