Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMix sprouts
  2. 1/2 cupMoth bean
  3. 1/4 cupBengal gram sprouts
  4. 1Onion small chopped
  5. 1Tomato small chopped
  6. 1Carrot small chopped
  7. 1Beetroot small chopped
  8. 1Green chilli chopped
  9. 1Small cucumber chopped
  10. 1 tablespoonFresh coriander
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1/4 teaspoonBlack pepper powder
  13. 1 tablespoonLemon juice
  14. 1/5 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  15. 1 teaspoonChaat masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a cooker on a medium flame.
    Add all sprouts and moth beans,bengal gram beans.

  2. 2

    Add the salt, black pepper powder and turmeric powder.

  3. 3

    Mix well and add 1/2 cup of water.
    Close the lid of the cooker and bring to a whistle.

  4. 4

    Switch off the flame and release the pressure.
    Immediately open the lid to retain the colour.
    Take it out in a bowl.

  5. 5

    Mix all chopped vegetables, lemon juice chopped coriander and chaat masala.
    serve with orange juice.
