  2. 1/4 kgbeef
  3. 1 clovegarlic
  4. 1ginger
  5. 1 tspblack pepper
  6. 2 TBSdark soy sauce
  7. 2big onions
  8. 4 TBScooking oil

    Put oil in a pan, add onions and brown them.

    Add spices and fry for a while

  3. 3

    Add the rice and stir.

    And 3 cups of hot water

  5. 5

    Cook until done

  6. 6

    Serve with chapati and beef
