  • I/2 kg rice
  • 1/4 kgbeef
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1ginger
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 2 TBSdark soy sauce
  • 2big onions
  • 4 TBScooking oil

    Put oil in a pan, add onions and brown them.

    Add spices and fry for a while

  3. 3

    Add the rice and stir.

  4. 4

    And 3 cups of hot water

  5. 5

    Cook until done

  6. 6

    Serve with chapati and beef
