Grilled Kofta on Charcoal

Mix all the ingredients together and knead very well.

Shape the kofta onto skewers. Wet your hands with the onion juice while shaping. If you don't have skewers, you can use soaked wooden skewers (soak for 2 hours).

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Light some charcoal and place it on the tray.

Arrange the kofta skewers on the tray so they don't touch the charcoal.

Bake in a preheated oven at medium heat for 30 minutes, until the kofta is nicely browned.
