Pav Bhaji
Steps

Chop onions and tomatoes. Keep aside. Mash all boiled vegetables with a masher. Chop capsicum and green chillies.

Now in a kadhai add 50 gms butter and oil. Heat. Add onions and capsicum. Saute. Add ginger garlic paste. Cook till onion turns golden. Add tomatoes. Cook. Add salt, red chilli powder, kasoori methi and pav bhaji masala. Simmer. Cook till oil separates.

Now in this add all boiled and mashed vegetables. Mix properly. Add 1 glass of water. Cook on medium flame. Cook for 10 min.

Heat a tawa and apply butter. Now cut pav in half and put on tawa. Roast from both sides.

Garnish bhaji with chopped onions, coriander leaves and butter. Squeeze lemon.
