Boil and mashed the potatoes

Soak the bread slice in curd

Add it to the potato

Add salt and chilli powder and garam masala to it

Make 12 balls

Take 1 tbsp oil in a pan

Add chopped onion and chillies

Fry for a min.

Add dry powder.

Then mix grated paneer and salt

Blend thoroughly

Make into 12 balls

Make thin paste of maida by adding salt and water

Take a one potato ball

Shape it like an egg

Put paneer ball inside and close proprly

Apply the paste of maida with a finger all over the ball

Roll the ball in crushed sevaiyyan

Deep fry in hot oil

Serve hot with green chutney or sauce
