Singapore Rice

Rinse the rice and soak it for 15 minutes. Now cook rice and keep it aside.

Heat oil in a wok/kadai over high flame, toss in garlic and fry until oil becomes fragrant.

Then add spring onions, green chilli and carrots. Saute for 2 minutes. Add capsicum & eggs, sprinkle salt & continue frying till they are half done.

Now add cooked rice. Mix all the sauces and pour on the rice evenly. Sprinkle black pepper powder, mix everything well and toss over high flame for 2-3 minutes.
