  • 1/2 cupAll purpose flour -
  • 1/4 tspCorn flour -
  • 1/4 tspRed chilli powder -
  • 1-2Finely chopped green chilli -
  • to tasteSalt -
  • as needed Oil - for frying

  1. 1

    Wash and chop mushroom.

    Take a bowl combine all ingredients with the help of water.

    Make a smooth batter.

    Heat oil in a pan.

  5. 5

    Deep the mushroom into the batter.

  6. 6

    Coat them well.

  7. 7

    Fry the pakora golden and crispy.

  8. 8

    Drain in paper napkin.
