2.2 lbsveal (about 1 kg)
2 cupsmayonnaise (about 500 grams)
1 jarcapers, 3 cans tuna

Make the mayonnaise using eggs, oil, vinegar, and lemon.

Cook the veal (prepared by the butcher) in a cooking bag. Place it in boiling water and cook for 1 hour.
