Fish fillet in Mango sauce

Clean fish fillets. Peel and grind raw mango and chillies.

Apply salt and mango paste on fish. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Add curd in the mango paste and grind again.

In a wok add 2 tspn oil. Mango curd paste salt cook it for 4 minutes. Add cream in it. Cook till this consistency.

In a pan add 2 tspn oil. Place fillets. Cook from both sides

Arrange sauce in a plate place fillets and serve
