Mix sooji and yogurt. No lumps should be there. Add water to make batter of idli. Keep aside for 20 min.

Now mix all vegetables in sooji batter. Add salt and mix properly. Batter should not be too thick or too thin.

Now take oil in a pan. Heat. Add rai. Let it splutter. Add urad dal, chana dal, kaju and curry pata. Fry till dals are golden in colour. Add this to idli batter.

Meanwhile take your idli stand. Put water and let it boil.

Grease your idli stand.

Now add eno in sooji batter and mix properly.

Pour batter in each idli stand. Steam for 12 to 15 min. Done😊

Enjoy yummy vegetable rava idli with coconut chutney or green chutney or tomato ketchup.😊
