Ingredients

  1. 4-5 PcsChicken (Leg/ Breast) - Skinned
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 1Lemon / Vinegar
  4. 1/2 CupYoghurt
  5. 1 TbsGinger/Garlic Paste
  6. 2-3 TbsTandoori masala
  7. 1 Tspgaram masala
  8. Pinchorange color
  9. 1 TbsTomato paste
  10. 1 TspMixed herbs
  11. Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your chicken and make cuts on them. Apply salt and half a lemon or a tablespoon of vinegar. Set aside for 20mins.'

  2. 2

    In a bowl, pour in the yoghurt/mala, add in all the other spices. Except the food color. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Apply the mixture above to the chicken.

  4. 4

    Mix the food color with some oil and apply it the chicken. Cover with cling film and marinate for 5 hrs - overnight.

  5. 5

    You can shallow fry the chicken pieces on a pan with little oil for 8 - 10mins on each side or you can bake for about 30mins at 180 - 10-15mins on each side.

    Serve as desired - Enjoy!
