Perfect for an appetizer, these individual mini quiches are great for your guests! Easy and quick recipe!

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash, peel, and dice the zucchini. Sauté them in a little oil, season with salt and pepper, and add Herbes de Provence. Cook for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the cream.

Roll out the puff pastry and line your mini tart pans.

Once the zucchini are cooked, add them to the egg and cream mixture. Use a ladle to fill the tart pans. Place a cube of feta in the center of each mini quiche.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
