  3. 3 tbspghee
  4. 1/2 cupwater
  5. as neededChopped dry fruits (optional)

    Heat ghee in a kadai. Add water and sugar.cook till 5 mins.

    Now adjust to medium flame and add vermicelli.cook for 5 mins. Cook on low flame for 3 mins.

    Your sewain (vermicelli) is ready. Garnish with dry fruits (optional) and serve!
