Ingredients

  1. 2 cupscrushed vermicelli(sewai)
  2. 3/4 cupsugar
  3. 2green Cardamoms
  4. 2-3cloves
  5. 3 table spoonghee
  6. 1/2 cupchopped dry fruits of your choice
  7. 1/2 tea spoonkewra water
  8. 1/4 cupWater

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes.
  1. 1

    Heat a sauce pan,add sugar and water and heat on medium flame till bubbles appear and sugar dissolves.

    Heat ghee in a pan add cloves,cardamom.Roast sewai on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.Add dry fruits.Stir well.

    Add a little water to sewai,now it looks some what fluffy,stir.

  4. 4

    Add sugar syrup,stir well and add kewra water.stir well.

  5. 5

    Serve.
