Steps

Take a pot add ghee, bay leaf, cinnamon, Green Cardomom & fry till aroma comes.

Then add vermicelli and make fry for 2 minute then add sugar in it and add water. Cover it to cook for 5-7 minute at medium flame.

Uncover the pot and cook until the water get dry.

Sawaiyan is ready. Garnish with dry fruits
