Ingredients

  1. 1onion chopped
  2. 1potato cut in diced
  3. 1/2 cuppea
  4. 1carrot chopped
  5. 1 tspajwain
  6. 1 cupvermicelli
  7. 1-2 tbspghee
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1/4 tspgaram masala (opt)
  11. 1/4 tsphaldi
  12. 1 cupwater or else vermicelli will get totally dipped in water

Cooking Instructions

    Take a cooker add ghee. Then add ajwain. Onion saute onion till golden in colour. Add remaining vegetables.

    Lets vegetable cook for 1-2mins,add Vermicelli and salt, chilli powder, haldi. Add water.

    On medium flame give 1-2 whistles. Switch off the gas and keep for 5-7 mints.

    Open the cooker.Serve hot in a plate don't forget to click a picture and share with us.
